Is it free to use the service?

Yes. It is free of charge. Every service in the site is free. However, we recommend that you get an unlimited data or a large size data usage plan since it requires a vast amount of data communication to avoid paying excess fees.

Can I use the service from a computer?

Our service is currently available only for mobile phones. We may reconsider if there are many demands from users.

Can I use the service continuously after I change my mobile phone to a new one?

We try to update the compatibility for new mobile phone models accordingly. However, this service may not be compatible to the latest released mobile phones.

About the privacy of location information

While you are accessing to the services, the "Direction" and "Distance" will be displayed. The nearest train station will not be displayed.

When certain time passes after you access this site, your online status will be "offline" and if a user is nearby, it only states you both are within 1 km, not showing the direction of your location.

When you log out from the site, "direction" and "distance" statements turn off immediately.


I want to change my profile

Please change the profile from "Change Settings" "Update Profile".

I don't know how to be a member of the site.

Please follow the directions in the "Member Registration" from the top page of the site. If there are inadequacies in the registration details, an error message will be shown. Please correct the contents and register again.

I received an email containing the registered email address and password.

The email of registration completion notice from us indicates the registered email address and password. You will need it when you change your mobile phone carrier in order to allow the data migration. We suggest that you keep the email or write them down somewhere

If you want to register again, please withdraw the membership first and then make a new registration. Please note that once the withdrawal of the membership is submitted, all of your data will be deleted.

There is nothing you should do in particular. Please login with your password as usual.

  • (1) "Top page" → "Change Settings "→"Change Email Address"
    (2) Enter the new email address.
    (3) To complete the procedure, click the URL address in the email you receive.

What should I do if I want to unsubscribe?

If you want to unsubscribe, please go to "Change Settings" → "Unsubscribe". Please note that all your data will be deleted.
